Service Description

This healing session works specifically on restoring any energetic imbalances within the physical, emotional, mental and subtle bodies. All body parts and energy centers have their resonate frequency in which they vibrate. When these areas are vibrating out of alignment, dis-ease and other dysfunctional health symptoms arise. Sound baths are musical performances intended to relax you and promote healing. The sound helps facilitate a shift in your brainwave state. Through frequency and entrainment with sound it's possible to shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), with the majority of people able to reach theta (meditative state) and even delta (where internal healing can occur). Through the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, and Shamanic chanting, a euphoric meditative state is facilitated and balance and rejuvenation is felt. ​
