The practice of yoga helps to expand your awareness, promote flexibility, builds strength/balance, increases overall mood through a variety of anasanas(postures), breathing techniques, and guided meditations. Julia will be guiding you through a yoga session that emphasis the importance of tuning into your unique body. She focuses on connecting your movements with your breathe to enhance the synergistic relationship of the mind, body, and spirit. Session done VIA ZOOM.
