Service Description

This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping clients feel their best through food & lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet the individual’s needs. What the Three Month I AM DELUXE Package looks like: • Meet with me twice a month, one-on-one, for a total of six 60-minute health coaching sessions either in person or online. • During each session I will provide you with a safe, loving space where we will work together in order for you to reach your goals followed by an email summary of what was discussed. • Weekly recipes, handouts, and any other material based on your specific goals and needs. • Weekly accountability check ins. • I will provide you with accountability, along with support throughout the entire process. • Three ,30 Minute Private Yoga/Meditation Sessions. ( 1 x per month) • Three, 60 Minute Reiki Sessions. ( 1 x per month) • Discounts on my services while in the program
